Trans Inclusion Assessments (TWIS)

The Trans Workplace Inclusion Scale (TWIS) is an assessment tool developed by David & Eli to help companies determine their current level of trans-inclusivity.   Available as both a training tool and a cultural climate survey, TWIS helps companies assess their strengths and areas of growth.   Using the confidential results of the climate survey, David & Eli work to create a customized report and optional strategic plan to move towards the creation of a fully trans-inclusive work environment.   Companies also have the option to hire David & Eli to provide ongoing support in this process, including trainings for executives, employee resource groups, human resource professionals, individual departments and company-wide employees.
